This calculator and any other for that matter can only ever give you an estimation of what your actual TDEE is. This should be taken only as a guideline and as you begin to diet at this calorie level close attention should be paid to the scale to see how quickly you lose weight. If it is too quickly then simply add 100 calories a week on to this amount until you reach a steady 1lb a week drop on the scales. If you don't lose weight or begin to gain weight then simply do the opposite and decrease calories by 100 calories a week until you see a 1lb drop in weight per each week.
